How Do I Add an FAQ?
- To get started, click on the FAQs page in the top navigation bar or under the Patient Info dropdown, depending on where you’ve set it to appear
- You can then click on the “Add a New FAQ” link on the left hand toolbar.
- Type in the question for the FAQ in the “Question” field at the top
- Type the answer to your question in the “Answer” field.
- If you are copying the answer from a different source, paste the content into the “Answer” field.
- Click on the “Remove Formatting” tool (Tx) to erase the formatting of the source that you copied that content from.
- Next, you will need to select a service to relate this FAQ to. Tick the checkboxes under the “Select Related Services” option on the right side. You can select more than one if needed.
- Doing this will display the FAQ at the bottom of that service page you selected.
- If it isn’t related to a service, select the “Other” option in that list
- Click “Submit” to save your changes
